Canciones internas y de otras partes (Songs from the interior and beyond…) is the meeting of traditional pieces from Latin America and other places with the modern and subversive language of singer Juanita Delgado and composer and pianist Ricardo Gallo.  A repertory that includes cuban cradle songs, pieces by Violeta Parra, afro-Colombian sung dances , songs in Portuguese, Euskera and English, as well as original compositions, is the pretense to weave social themes with love and unrequited love poems, the impotence and madness with sweetness, intemperance with yearning, all covered by a net of improvisation.
